S&G Site Installation Services Ltd carried out external wall remediation at Albert Mill under the government’s Building Safety Fund, replacing combustible insulation and render to the courtyard elevations with a non-combustible insulated render system.The works included fire stopping and cavity barriers, alongside associated weatherproofing, flashings and repairs around windows and doors, helping to improve fire safety and protect residents while maintaining the building’s original appearance.
