S&G Site Installation Services Ltd successfully completed a comprehensive refurbishment project at Aarsleff Ground Engineering. The scope of work included both exterior upgrades and a full interior transformation to enhance functionality and efficiency.

Key project highlights:

- Exterior Enhancements: Installation of durable corrugated cladding and blockwork to modernise and  protect the building’s façade.

- Interior Refurbishment: Full mechanical and electrical installations, including industrial 3-phase outlets to  support heavy equipment operations.

- Roof Works: Replacement of the existing roof and repairs to corrugated sheeting to ensure durability and  weatherproofing.

-Perimeter Security: Installation of new perimeter fencing to enhance site security.

- Compressor System Installation: Fitted a large compressor unit in a custom-built housing and ran an  extensive piping network to distribute compressed air to multiple areas.

- Office Block Construction: Built a new office block complete with a staff room and modern toilet  facilities.

- Data and Communication Infrastructure: Installed and configured data and communication cabling for seamless connectivity.

- Roller Shutter Doors: Installed new roller shutter doors and repaired existing ones to improve access and operational efficiency.
